Multiple processing options for heat resistant glass

CNC machining can provide any custom shape with edge grinding or polishing, including parts with holes, notches, grooves or stepped surfaces.

Drilling (holes and taper) - through holes, blind holes, step holes, and countersunk holes are all optional. Parts with holes or grooves can gradually become thinner on both sides, or seams can be made on the internal dimensions to improve the quality of the internal edges of heat resistant glass.

Circular Grinding - A large number of circular parts can be quickly ground to an accurate diameter. The small thickness ranges from 0.508mm to 25.4mm. The small diameter is 5 millimeters, and the large diameter is 304.8 millimeters.

Grinding and Polishing (Polishing and Grinding) -heat resistant glass with special surface or edge polishing requirements can be polished to a certain size, and rough surfaces can be ground or smooth surfaces can be polished.
